My answer:

With all of the entertainment options at my disposal
I find it easy to keep my media unsocial

At the same time I'm happier and less frustrated
if my social life remains largely unmediated

As for how much social media interaction I can tolerate
I haven't tried to find out and I think I would hesitate

to spend precious time on that kind of experiment
so I guess that the answer to this question is zeroment
