song of not cleaning the bathroom like I was supposed to

this morning I got up and started to work
immediately my responsibilites I began to shirk
three things on my to-do list and I did none
just hanging around reading because it's more fun
the sad thing is I didn't even do much of that
I procrastinated so much I need a procrastinating hat
anyway I was supposed to clean the bathroom today
but I didn't it's still grimy that's all I have to say
maybe when this poem is done I'll hie me to the tub
and give the tiles and whatnot a decent cleaning scrub
that's pretty optimistic buddy I can hear you snicker
that will to do some cleaning work is just a fading flicker
and gone like lightning in a flash that resolution soon will be
but maybe I will prove you wrong and clean the place I pee
