we rambled all over the neighborhood
and then came home for tea

some dogs are nervous some dogs are bright
some dogs have many cares
some dogs stay up barking all through the night
at imaginary bears

I have seen more dogs than I thought I would
many lives of dogs live we
but I never did see a dog so good
as the dog right next to me
